bipsio is committed to making its product and website usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
1. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA roles through an accessible component library (Radix / shadcn primitives) for keyboard and screen-reader support.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators and a “skip to main content” link so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
- Color is never the only way we convey meaning; status is paired with text or an icon.
- Automated accessibility linting in our development workflow, plus manual review of key flows (sign-up, sign-in, analysis views).
2. Conformance status
We consider the Service to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the product meets the standard, and we are actively working through a backlog of known issues surfaced by our automated and manual reviews. Because the product changes frequently, some areas may fall short of full conformance at any given time.
3. Known limitations
Some data-dense surfaces (large tables, interactive maps, and charts) may not yet be fully optimized for every assistive technology. If you hit a barrier in one of these areas, please tell us and we will prioritize a fix and offer an alternative way to access the information.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from bipsio in a different format, contact us at hello@bipsio.com. Please describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five business days.
5. Assessment approach
bipsio assesses the accessibility of the Service through a combination of automated tooling and internal manual evaluation. This statement will be updated as our conformance improves.
