bipsio uses the third-party service providers below (“subprocessors”) to operate and improve the Service. This page is referenced from our Privacy Policy. We update it when we add or remove a subprocessor that processes customer data.

Infrastructure & data
- Supabase— application hosting, authentication, database, and file storage. Region: to be confirmed.
- Vercel— hosting for the public marketing site. Region: to be confirmed.
AI model providers
- Anthropic— large language models powering analysis and the Hugo assistant. Region: to be confirmed.
- OpenAI— embeddings for memory and retrieval. Region: to be confirmed.
Operations
- Resend— transactional email delivery (for example, team invitations). Region: to be confirmed.
- Sentry— backend error monitoring. Region: to be confirmed.
- Langfuse— tracing and observability of Hugo’s AI reasoning; receives the prompts and listing data sent to the models. Region: to be confirmed.
- PostHog— product and marketing-site analytics (only when the visitor has consented). Region: to be confirmed.
- Cal.com— demo scheduling on the marketing site. Region: to be confirmed.
